# Train: SQUAKE - April 2025 Update

## Train: SQUAKE - Expanded Emission Factor Update

We’ve released a comprehensive update to emission factors for numerous train operators already supported in the SQUAKE methodology. These updates reflect the latest available data and aim to enhance accuracy and alignment with official operator disclosures and datasets.

### What's New?

#### 🔁 Updated Emission Factors

The following train operators had their emission factors revised to reflect new data:

* Deutsche Bahn (DB)
* SBB
* SJ
* NS International
* Renfe
* Trenitalia
* National Express
* Thalys
* Stansted Express
* Transport Scotland Limited
* Westbahn
* TGV (France and Italy)
* Eurostar
* OBB
* Merseyrail
* and many more...

These updates support more precise reporting for train emissions and enable you to provide higher fidelity sustainability data to you.
