# Green Travel Pledge Train - Now Live

**What:** The **Green Travel Pledge (GTP)** rail methodology is live in SQUAKE. It uses RDG’s Green Travel Data for **per-journey CO₂e** (with a clean fallback to per‑pax‑km factors). We also store comparison modes (diesel/PHEV/BEV/air) for audit; `"N/A"` means **Not Comparable**.

**Seat types:** `second_class`, `first_class`, `average` (mapped to RDG `standard`, `first`, `average`).\
**Dataset:** Selected by `departure_date` (latest on/before that date); otherwise latest available.

**Do now:** Start using `methodology: "GREEN-TRAVEL-PLEDGE"` for GB rail. Keep passing `departure_date` for deterministic datasets.
