Green Travel Pledge Train - Now Live

What: The Green Travel Pledge (GTP) rail methodology is live in SQUAKE. It uses RDG’s Green Travel Data for per-journey CO₂e (with a clean fallback to per‑pax‑km factors). We also store comparison modes (diesel/PHEV/BEV/air) for audit; "N/A" means Not Comparable.

Seat types: second_class, first_class, average (mapped to RDG standard, first, average). Dataset: Selected by departure_date (latest on/before that date); otherwise latest available.

Do now: Start using methodology: "GREEN-TRAVEL-PLEDGE" for GB rail. Keep passing departure_date for deterministic datasets.
